Poland’s Sejm passed the “End of Patostreaming Bill” Friday. It’s a big step. Influencers promoting illegal gambling now face criminal charges. The law targets “patostreaming” – content with violence, abuse, etc., made for profit. For gambling, influencers can be liable for unlicensed ops or exposing kids. Penalties are harsh. Police and prosecutors will enforce. But Poland won’t liberalize gambling. The focus is on enforcement, not opening up.
